Chuck Harris

Chuck is a professional ski coach hailing from the northeast. He raced at the USSA and FIS levels as an athlete. He is currently a level 400 certified USSA coach and a full cert Argentine instructor. Chuck is also a senior Alpine official. He has been in the Far West division since 1994. Chuck “Snobro” Harris was also the head coach for Club Argentino de Ski in Bariloche Argentina. In 2002 he served as Head Men’s Speed coach for the Argentine Olympic Team in Salt Lake City.

Jeff Thomsen
Fresno, CA Team Admin Jeff has been the lead J3 coach for Team Falcons for several years now. A former member of the Sierra Summit ski team, Jeff came to us from the University of Nevada Reno. Jeff holds a USSA level 200 cert as well as an alpine officials certification.Jeff has been a Far West junior Olympic Team Caoch

Tara Moore
Reno, NV J4/5 Lead Coach Tara is our “Rockstar” She is a level 200 USSA Coach and official as well as a PSIA examiner. Without a doubt she is one of the best technical teaching coaches in the Far West. Tara has also been named to the Far West Junior Olympic team staff several times at both the FIS and J4 levels.

Jim Najima
Sacramento, CA LTF/Team Rosebuds Lead Coach Jim returned to Mt. Rose a few years ago and stepped into the role of LTF lead coach. Jim is the ringmaster who coordinates the LTF blue wave each weekend. A longtime member of the Ski school Jim is a PSIA level 3 instructor. In addition to being a coach Jim is also the father of two Falcons athletes.
